Payment is taken only when a site is published. - Site written from your own answers: $62.99 once, including the first year of hosting. Connecting a domain you own is included; a domain bought here is charged separately at the registrar's price plus a flat fee. - Site with the copy written for you by AI: $73.99 once, including 200 AI credits. - Renewal: $62.99 a year. Nothing else is charged by time. - AI credits (only for AI writing and AI video; 1 credit = 1 cent of real AI cost, never expire): Spark 100 credits for $5.99, Boost 300 credits for $15.99, Pro 1,000 credits for $51.99. - AI features are available to paying customers: they unlock with the first purchase (a published site or a credit pack). Before that, sites are written by the free template engine. ## What is included - A site on original designs, output as static HTML — no page builder, no plugins, nothing to maintain. - A blog: articles with their own URLs, topic pages, an RSS feed, Article and breadcrumb schema, and a Markdown copy of every post. - A shop: a cart with options, stock that cannot be oversold, shipping, tax and discount codes, paid into the owner's own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. Payment links (Stripe, Square, PayPal, Venmo) are the simpler alternative mode. - Appointment booking: services, hours, buffers, group capacity, optional deposits, and a calendar file for the customer. There is no WordPress code in it, no plugins and no database behind your published site — which is exactly why there is nothing to update. ### Can I edit my site without the AI? Yes. Every word, section, colour and photo can be changed by hand in the editor. The AI is optional. What you cannot do is edit the site's code directly — that is the trade for never having to maintain it. ### Will the AI make things up about my business? It is instructed never to add a fact you did not give it — no invented years, ratings, prices, awards or reviews — and the template engine works the same way. You still read and approve every word before publishing. ### Where does my site live? Can I use my own domain? At aiwebbuilding.built2winweb.com/s/your-name/ on our managed hosting, with HTTPS — or on your own domain. Buy the domain here and there is nothing to do: it is registered in your name, pointed at your site for you, and goes live once we switch it on. Already own one? Add it in the dashboard, copy three DNS records to your registrar, and we do the rest. Either way there is no extra charge beyond the domain itself. ### Can people contact me through the site? Yes. Every site can have contact, quote, booking or newsletter forms. Messages arrive by email and in a Leads inbox in your dashboard, and you can download them as a spreadsheet. ### Can I sell things? Yes, two ways, and both pay you directly. Connect your own Stripe account and you get a real cart: options, stock that cannot be oversold, shipping, tax and discount codes, with the money going straight from your customer to you. Or keep it simple and paste your own Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo payment links and we render the buttons. Either way we never touch the money and your customers' card details never touch this site. ### Will I know if anyone visits? Your dashboard shows visits, visitors, top pages and where people came from. It sets no cookies and stores no personal data, so there is nothing to track your visitors with. ### Do I own my content? Your words and photos are yours. Export the whole site as a Markdown blueprint any time and take it anywhere. ### What are AI credits and do they expire? Credits pay for AI work only: writing and editing your pages, rewriting, open questions to Ace and drafting replies to leads. Each action costs exactly what the AI used — usually a few credits for an edit and under one for a question — and you can see every charge, token by token, on your credits page. Credits never expire, and if the AI returns something unusable you are not charged. ### What happens after the first year? You get a reminder. Renew for $62.99 if you want to keep it online. If you do not, the site is paused (not deleted) and comes straight back when you renew. ### How many pages can a site have? A home page plus up to 12 more — About, Services, Contact, one per location, whatever you need. Each gets its own search title, description and Markdown copy.
